As a young child I could perhaps be described as a lark.    Up early in the morning full of energy for a new day, but my faith now requires I become an owl.   I can only watch and pray as the scenario unfolds.   Hands up all those who wander around in the early hours, perhaps hoping tonight it will all end.   Our Saviour will return and sort it - deal with disobedient nations, leaders and children of the darkness.   Eventually you see the first glimpse of daylight through the trees and hear a solitary lark heralding the dawn chorus as you drift off to sleep. 

One dear sister in Christ loved to rummage through second hand book stalls and it was she who introduced the writer to A.W. Tozer.   There is a small section in my bookcase dedicated to his books and for reasons unknown I wandered sleepless into my sitting room and found myself reaching for  a thin paperback, two came together one of which was "God speaks to the man who listens"   First published in 1993 it is relevant for today and prophetic regarding the decadence of a crumbling church.

In his book Tozer notes that the writings of the prophets were examined by the curious who actually had little concern if any for the suffering of the masses, but perhaps it was of interest for those with a self preservation mentality.  Hence You-Tube flooded with one prophetic date after another.   Did I miss the boat some might question.   Conspiracy theories are not a new buzz word.    Matthew 24 is the road map and this is surely the "time of sorrows" but then that was written 2,000+ years ago and Yeshua had already warned his followers that God alone knows the time He will return.

In one particular chapter "Prayer of a minor prophet" Tozer writes about the curse that lies dark across the face of clergy, and prays protection against any carnal ambition.  I very much doubt this man would speak "copyright" where his teaching was concerned.   After all if we truly follow the Lord then "freely you have been given - freely give".    Now there is the internet and at the touch of a button the word goes out for those who choose to be blessed by it or not,  and make sure you ignore the "send feedback button" praise or insults are not necessary for a servant heart.

In this little book he predicts the demise of the church, highlights rogue pastors and the healing rackets that part the sick, poor and the desperate from their money.   Even when he wrote the book he knew the whole christian family stood in need of repentance.   I am sure as he walks with his peers in heaven his cry will be "they just didn't listen"   It's 2017 and the bride of Christ stands in the ragged filthy gown of compromise.   Meanwhile the real christians gather in small cells or alone in a solitary closet very aware that the God they worship is awesome and will not contend with man forever.

Reading his book once again I could only concur Amen and Amen.

But no matter sons and daughters of a Holy God rejoice.

Remember the blessed day the Lord touched your life and the priceless gift of salvation of which none of us are worthy. 

Rejoice that you have been blessed with dreams and similitudes of His Kingdom to come when the evil that has permeated every corner of this planet affecting both man and beast has been incinerated.

It was great to see the elephants on You-Tube (live recording) getting their own back on the metal loving petrol guzzling pests that are poisoning the very air we breathe.  One elephant was sitting on a car bonnet, a rhino having great fun with someone's prized bodywork.   Even the animals are aware we are approaching meltdown.   The vermin they call men who have caused so much suffering are about to get 'payback'

Tozer remains a gem of inspiration on my bookshelf.   We will only get home by the GRACE of God and the gift of salvation but it will be exciting to rub shoulders with great men who walked the walk and paid the price.   "Hey did you see that - wasn't that Charles Spurgeon or look that's John Bunyan, God's chosen who provided so much encouragement for those walking through the mud and the mire.

Perhaps you might question where to from here.   It's a lonely walk but its a straight and narrow path for the scattered pilgrims and many walk alone.   When you truly follow the Master you will suffer exclusion, ridicule and sometimes death.   If your life is wonderful and you have everything you desire then you had better enjoy it, you are following the Prince of this world.   The Father will cover your simple needs, your daily bread, His eye sees the minor everyday battles inflicted by this world.  Often ignored, hated and spat upon by those with a very different focus.  Nevertheless we will cross the Jordan, we will reach the City of Gold.   

Enough to know you lead me, and guide me on the path you planned,

forgiveness, peace, joy revealed, your Truth and Way I understand.

And as the sun is setting and my day is all but through,

enough to know you'll lead me home to spend eternity with You.

WHY - do people find it so hard to love one another or is it that the generations have never learned the difference between lust and love.

WHY - the jealousy, the need to be first in the hall of fame.

WHY - when beauty is only skin deep or mere pigmentation do we inflict such appalling misery on the less than perfect and different.

WHY - the need to have what is forbidden even if it destroys the "taker"

WHY - greed - a creeping dry rot in society that will ultimately destroy this once perfect planet.

ANSWER:

JOHN 14 - 30 - 31

This is Satan's patch, the ruler of this world and he is agitated and very aware his time is limited.  The amazing witness of the Coptic christians in the Middle East alone is making people question WHY - what this King, this Jesus, lover of the soul that commands such obedience from His followers.

As a small child I was always questioning WHY and was perhaps considered a thorn in my mother's side and was repeatedly told it was "a question of faith" she couldn't give me a sound logical explanation.

A child is born innocent and regardless of ethnicity usually believes whole heartedly in their parents version of the truth.   I certainly did but it did cross my mind as I grew to maturity "if only Catholics go to heaven, where did all the good, kind, loving people go."   Thankfully I was saved from that particular denomination by a merciful God and I bless His Holy Name.

Thankfully I have been spared the evil eye - thus far - but as a young mother I did see an example of two children who were definitely occupied by some unholy entity.   There was evil intent in their eyes and it was reflected in the way they treated their peer group and animals.   

Matthew 6 - 22-23

Jesus said "The lamp of the body is the eye.  If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light.

23 - But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness.  If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness.!

The bible tells us the eyes are the windows of the soul and as you progress in spiritual discernment you sense twisted tormented souls writhing in the grip of addiction and perversion - from their eyes  only a dark shifty glare. 

Ecclesiastes 3 - 19-20

man has no advantage over animals, for all is vanity.   All go to one place; all are from the dust and return to the dust. 

The appalling cruelty inflicted on our "Lesser Brethren" (animals) is demonic.  Dogs and cats are suffering terrible injuries and left for dead.   Witness reports on You-Tube are unbelievable with Spain a serious contender for the "top slot"

Just maybe this is fuelled by the drug culture.  Whether prescription fuelled or bought on the open market personalities change with increased dosages. Whether its to relieve the pain or merely experience a so called 'high' you have a problem.  Time to take control of your body not be controlled by it.  

There is a very rare condition called congenital analgesia whereby the person does not feel any pain.  This is caused by a mutation in the gene called PRDM12.   You might just consider that wonderful but it is also very dangerous.   Pain signals and warns, you just scalded yourself or burnt your hand in the fire.  Just two examples of the numerous life threatening situations the people affected have to face on daily basis.

Where ever we stand on this earth we need to breathe air to survive - pollute or remove that and we die.

Genesis 2 - 7

And the Lord formed man of the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.  

TIME - to treat the earth with respect.

TIME - to treat our bodies with respect.

TIME - to take a stand against food pollution.

G.M.O crops in America are failing because they can't cope with the weather extremes.

The end result will be the Bread Basket gone.

The seas are heavily polluted and we now have FISH FARMS but what do the fish food pellets contain - do the research.

Fruit and veg are heavily sprayed with chemicals to preserve them.

Only eat organic grass fed meat.

Chickens - home raised or organic.

DON'T EVEN CONSIDER JUNK FOOD, PROCESSED MEATS ETC.

If we vote with our feet we can bring the greedy conglomerates down, they are slow poisoning the population with additives.

In the U.K. the average back yard is small - very small - unless you belong to the elite - a tiny modern house has a garden the size of the length of a couple of family cars but you can grow some veggies and herbs.   This was standard practice in Grandma's day.  They baked with unadulterated ingredients and their children are living well into their nineties and beyond.   Not that some consider that a blessing as they see the global chaos and remember their friends on the battlefield who gave their lives in vain    

If you are seeking longevity (the writer is happy to leave that matter in God's hands) don't take any flu jabs or feed any other government enforced programme.   The ruler of this world and his minions are intent on reducing your number.   Trust in God's protection.

Sadly the world we leave behind us is a product of a peoples who have forgotten their creator and will fight to enforce their theology over others.

Until we learn we are ALL on this ship 'earth' and until we stop trying to chuck our brothers and sisters overboard we are 'GOING DOWN' or perhaps an alien invasion might get them to row together.

We who love our Lord and Saviour Yeshua are standing ready for His return in power and glory.   All the filth and dross will be incinerated.  Not one seed of evil will remain.   Purification.

Meanwhile consider how those who have been blessed with revelation can walk through the chaos and insanity filled with a peace that comes from knowing our GOD will have the final say.   The invitations have gone out and those that have gratefully accepted are heaven bound.

For those anxiously waiting for the solar eclipse which is only visible from the United States they should note it is also ELUL - meaning Day of Repentance.   The last solar eclipse in American was 100 years ago to the day.

True children of a Holy God and followers of His precious son, Yeshua listen to those who are interpreting not only the actions of governments or false prophets - but remember GOD IS IN CHARGE.

PLEASE WATCH JACOB PRASCH - THIS WEEK IN PROPHECY - 18TH AUGUST.

Thankfully Jacob has his finger on the pulse and although there is little we can do as a nation other than pray (God will protect His children or take them home - whichever His Will) that the Nations will repent.  Of course Yeshua gave us the "schedule" in Matthew 24 - and it is happening before our very eyes - many like the writer - were given dreams and visions as far back as 2003 of what would happen regarding Islam and what is yet to come.   Thank you Lord.   We are prepared.  Our lamps are filled, we wait patiently for your return.   If you have been blessed with a glimpse of heaven death has no hold over you.   We are going home at last.

Father God I ask this blessing.   That you would guard and protect Jacob as he speaks your Truth regardless of his own safety as he travels the globe speaking to the hungry bewildered sheep and those scattered by false teachers.

Meanwhile in Europe the carnage continues and the innocent pay the price for those in government who are fuelling the beast.  We pray God will raise up men of integrity to govern.   At the moment things might look bleak. It has been suggested Obama is waiting in the wings nevertheless those who persecute His children will along with corrupt leaders, whatever the nation,  end with Satan and his followers. 

A news report in the states suggested people suffering T.I.A.D. Trump induced stress are heading for the therapy couch in droves.   Perhaps they would be better searching out and heading for a bible based church led by a man of God.   There are still some around for now.   

We should all look to our bibles.   The events unfolding in the Middle East were prophesied over 2000+  years ago and they are unfolding before our very eyes.   Turn to God - NOT therapists or psychiatrists - their day is coming to an end.

It is truly the beginning of sorrows.

Turn your eyes heavenward.   Your Redeemer is very near.

If a man's heart is touched by the fire of God,

his lips will speak words of beauty, truth and gentle love

on whatever theme he may speak.

In 1995 I became a member of a small Baptist church in the South of England and met some remarkable children.   One particular child was seriously ill and had had a series of operations in Great Ormond Street Children's hospital in London.   The whole church was on red alert praying for her complete recovery and our prayers were answered.   Remembering the situation reminded me of how fast time flies, those children are probably in their early thirties now, perhaps some with little families of their own. 

In that same church there was an influx of young people returning from various universities for the summer break and one young couple decided to seal their commitment to follow Christ with a believer's baptism.   The young man (whose parents were also members of the church) returned to university where he contacted the worst form of meningitis.   His witness and courage as this wretched disease took his life was so amazing that members of the staff nursing him became christians.   

In due course I relocated to the North of England where I attended a local church.   It was once again very obvious the children were so very different from those in their peer group a combination of nature and nurture, but they had that extra something that seemed to shine out of their little faces.   This makes the sinister intent by those hell bent on inflicting their standards on innocent minds even more heinous.   

On the 6th August 2016 (commentary freely available on You-Tube) Mr. Putin commented.  "Russians struggle to accept these behaviours as norm and he also highlighted the aggressive behaviour of some groups who force their way of life on others.   He further stated "with the absence of values society begins to decay"

He is absolutely correct.   It is amazing to see how fast the United Kingdom is sliding down the slippery slope to join the sons of perdition.

The West is sinking into appalling depravity and the end result will be the Wrath of God either by natural catastrophe or oppression under their enemies.   Meanwhile the denominations are happily trotting along behind the Pied Piper into the yawning mouth of hell having chosen a very consumer friendly Christ and their own interpretation of the commandments in their customer friendly bible.

Death comes to us all - holy and unholy, there is no dodging it, no way back.  Some will find themselves in heaven, others in eternal torment.   The choice is there for every soul which will ultimately realise its existence outside the body.

Many years ago I was discussing how wonderful it will be in heaven to which an eavesdropper remarked "Oh how boring"   I came across a comment by Emanuel Swedenborg the well known scientist, philosopher and theologian.   He suggested some would be unable to breathe the pure air in heaven and would choose hell.   God doesn't send people to hell, they choose hell.

Meanwhile persecution continues apace with the once respectable National Trust penalising employees who refuse to wear an LGBT badge whilst on duty.  (This week in prophecy August 11th 2017 Jacob Prasch - You Tube - end section on video)

It's time to stand and say NO.   Don't touch my kids, don't enforce your life style on my family.  You can hardly profess His Name when you indulge in the cess pits of this world.   

Meanwhile storm clouds are approaching and the world is about to shake violently.  There will be plenty of work for those with a servant heart.   Already stress is taking hold.   The walking dead are suffering both physical and mental illness as a result of the pressure.

This once christian country ignores the commandments of their creator God.   NO - JESUS DID NOT CHANGE THE LAW.   Matthew 5 - 18 - He came to fulfil the law and taught his followers not one jot or tittle will pass from the law until all is fulfilled.     

Run for the Wicker Gate - run to the narrow path and keep running, its going to get very hot.   God has already called His Remnant and turned His back on the U.K.  

Those who hold to the narrow path will eventually reach the City of God, the struggle will have been worth the price they might have to pay.

Thus it is with the christian who has learned to live by faith.

He is independent of man, even in temporal things;

for his continued maintenance he looks to the Lord his God

and to Him alone.

ORBITUARY FOR THE MEDIA

Press the OFF button for this particular channel in the U.K.   There was a time when it was first and foremost with accurate news reporting, documentaries, debates and the classic series of yesteryear, Poldark, the Onedin Line and Waiting for God just to mention three of the excellent drama productions.

According to the Christian Institute and Roger Bolton (Presenter of Radio 4 - Feedback Programme) the BBC's "liberal secular staff" are dangerously out of touch with religious people but no doubt this also applies to their 'government biased news reporting'.

The Freedom of Information request revealed the BBC employs a disproportionate number of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transsexual people.   SURPRISE SURPRISE.

11% of the BBC bosses and 10.6 % of the staff are LGBT but the office of National Statistics reveals   only 1.7% of the U.K. population are lesbian, gay or bisexual.

Slowly, slowly, people are being drip fed the "its okay" agenda.   Flocks stumble around the wastelands confused and disoriented probably considering 'what is that to do with me, I'm okay, keep myself to myself' or as in the famous words of Melvin played by Oscar winner Jack Nicholson in the comedy movie "As good as it gets" - "Tell ya buddy I'd be the luckiest guy alive if it did it for me"  as he discovers his neighbour is a lovely guy but batted for the other side.

Before I get hit with the homophobic label this is one of my favourite films because it shows so very clearly that kindness can transform even the most objectionable personality.  (Greg Kenner's portrayal of the sensitive dog loving homosexual Simon on the end of a vicious gang assault resulting in the loss of his bank balance and home, only to be rescued by the brash Melvin, who hitherto throughout the film has hurled offensive wounding comments on his hapless victim) and that in the end love conquers all.   This film got three Golden Globe Awards and two Oscars.        

No genuine christian will hate anyone, regardless of their sexual preferences.  Biblically it clearly states that there will be an increase both in sodomy and lawlessness in the end days.   Only the blind and deaf will remained untouched by the prophetic warnings now unfolding.

Every soul is on its own path.   Judgement is God's alone and believing christians can only pray that God in his own time will ultimately snatch souls from the pit whatever their sins, but to "approve - rubber stamp this blatant agenda heavily focused on little children in the education system.   NO.

2 Timothy 3 - 1 - 4 KJV (written approximately A.D. 64) Paul wrote from prison to Timothy warning of Perilous Times and Perilous Men. 
  
"But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful and unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God.   That just about covers the situation.

According to research freely available on the internet the rate of suicides in the USA is increasing.   The causes amongst the homosexual fraternity are listed as despair, hopelessness and self loathing.  In America suicide is the 6th commonest cause of death amongst children between the ages of five and fourteen.   If that isn't a wakeup call I don't know what is.  The kids can't make sense of this violent turbulent world or the behaviour they witness.

Revelation 21 - 8 is obviously either being ignored by the churches or deleted from their new edition bibles but it makes grim reading for both the liar and the sodomite who refuse to seek the saving blood of Christ and the transformation it brings. Washed clean by the blood of our Saviour there are countless witness statements on You Tube of men and women who have conquered perversions and gone on to have a normal happy relationship and children.   They usually move far away from the contamination of their original friendships and the areas in which they lived.

Matthew 5 - 48

Jesus said "Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect"   

That's a hard one and few attain it on this earth.   We all sin every day of our lives and there isn't a sliding scale.  Fleshly sins are a tad more obvious than the devious antics of manipulating controlling individuals who tread over and exploit their fellow man in their attempt to shovel the lion's share of gold into their survival bunker.

Would that I could protect every child in this world from the filth that is seeping into their daily lives.   I thank God I was blessed and protected by my parents.  The state could not and did not interfere in the upbringing of children.   Unemployment was rife in the thirties and food was rationed after the war but most people did not steal.   They would share and help their neighbour.   We were in it together and that is what made us strong. The blame apparently lies with the baby boomers, those born after the war and the creeping permissive society.   Nevertheless we go round in circles never learning, always falling back into our old nature, until we find ourselves helpless amongst the rubble and in the crisis that follows while we forage like rats for sustenance, the real nature of your neighbour will be revealed.

for a liar shall not enter into God's house,

whatever may be his profession or doings.

It's time to switch off the intruder in the corner of your living space that attempts to colour your desires and perception of this world.  Settle down with a good book, or a favourite movie fit for consumption, because deciphering the truth from the constant feed of lies can be depressing.   Walk in what is left of our precious countryside and commune with God.   That way lies PEACE we know He is in control and perhaps in the near future we may be found worthy to ascend the hill of the Lord.

May be its just the long summer nights of sleeplessness watching the fingers on the clock skim round the face, or the close heavy humidity, or the real sense that the world stands on the edge of a precipice but that's the time my brain goes into overdrive and I contemplate and marvel at the patience of a loving God who surely observes the increasingly barmy and dangerous antics of fingers that hover over the destruction button.

What exactly will they achieve?   The death of billions, a less crowded planet, a Mad Max scenario.   Its in the wee small hours tiny shoots of doubt start to emerge from a soul traumatised by the daily carnage.   Where are you Lord when they murder tiny babies and behead those who refuse to deny you.   There's an awful lot of blood crying out to the God of creation.   Many leaders are going to hear the immortal words:

Genesis 4 - 10

And He said "What hast thou done?  the voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the ground.

Now would be a good time Father - many are struggling, gaps appear in the usually well stocked supermarkets.   Prices continue to rise, food bank queues are getting longer.   Even north of the Watford Gap there are pockets of blatant wealth but for the average Joe life is in a downward spiral.

Father send the Great Equaliser - we bring nothing into this world and we take nothing out.   Denying the commandments, re-writing the commandments will ensure the mother of all interviews as you stand condemned and accountable before your God.  

No sense of guilt or concern as the contamination spreads throughout this once Christian country.   Enoch's fallen angels are already condemned to hell fire.   They contaminated mankind and started the unholy mess of body piercing (a great deal of disgusting creativity where that is concerned) tattoos and eye make up.    Amazingly the young girls dressed in Muslim garb have heavy eye makeup.   Are they not aware the eyes are the windows of the soul - and that make-up assists seduction - well in most cases!!!!  The full burka is better where some are concerned.   The swimwear - no less seductive - its hardly the old fashioned bathing suit of yesteryear - it clings for the most part.   Then there are the near naked - hardly surprising lust stalks the brown bodies prostrate under the burning sun.  There is a very good reason why desert folk cover themselves in white garments head to toe - with traditional head gear - they know what the sun can do.   But do they know what the Son can do.  

So it's time to pray - Dear Lord - thank you for my time slot on this earth - I grew up innocent and pure having thankfully survived Hitler and his mob only to witness the carnival of mutilated flesh and the rejection of basic human decencies.   Quite apart from the appalling treatment of those unable to defend themselves against injustice and cruelty there remains one law for the rich and a 'Daniel Blake'  for the rest.

Dear Lord, I reprimand my weakness, and remember the suffering of the Foundation Fathers, John Bunyan and his twelve years in prison just for preaching Your Word.   The martyrs who are dying every day, the real men and women of God who don't last long - they are silenced.

Day break, a solitary bird starts the dawn chorus to another day.   The son will rise.   Have faith, trust and fellowship with christians souls who will not acknowledge or approve abortion, same sex marriage or the contamination of young minds by those who are already pursuing their agenda, quietly polluting the primary schools policed by the Ofsted brigade.

One day the battle will be over and until that day we can only pray the Lord will give the small cells of His children in the U.K. and those around the globe the strength to endure.

The words of the late great Charles Haddon Spurgeon will feed the battle weary soul.  He certainly knew his God and what lay ahead as the persecution continues.

"Then the devil has launched forth another host of serpents in the form of worldly trials, temptations, unbeliefs, but faith in Jesus is more than a match for them and OVERCOMES THEM ALL.

"The sweet attractions of the cross will woo and win man's heart, and he who lived only for this deceitful earth will now have an eye for the upper spheres, and a wing to mount into celestial heights."

"There are many who profess religion but have it not, Christ has to be everything.

Charles Spurgeon became a christian in 1850 and as a young man he became pastor of a small Baptist church in London, England.   His witness and preaching drew a congregation of 6,000.  No doubt he walks with His God and has gained immortality.   His words written over 150 years ago continue to inspire and encourage battle weary souls everywhere.     

Yes the ship is battered, the sails are torn but we will reach God's shore.   That was His promise to me as a young christian facing opposition from family and friends and I hold fast to that promise.

Does the world satisfy thee?

Then thou hast thy reward and portion in this life;

make much of it,

for thou shalt know no other joy.

We give thanks to God for His precious son by whose blood we are saved.   Knowledge of Him gives a pilgrim revulsion for this world and a longing for our heavenly home.
