"Oh here she comes" snorted the sneering couple.   "It's wind-up time"

"Hello Jesus" said the amused man.   "That your name - Jesus?"

Rebecca had forgotten for a brief moment the gold chain she wore around her neck bearing her Saviour's name.

"You're not going to keep your head for much longer" the amused man cackled and his sniggering wife joined in the hysterical laughter.

Rebecca smiled sadly and replied "I might well lose my head, because I will never deny my Lord and Saviour.   I follow Jesus Christ and my salvation is assured.   On the other hand I take it you are both non.believers and just as vulnerable.   You are considered infidels.   The only difference is our final destination.   You really don't understand what you are up against.   This is demonic warfare."

Hoots of hysterical laughter filled the air as the couple collapsed against each other "It's just a load of rubbish there's no such thing as Satan or hell"  more raucous laughter and the couple edged towards the chairs around the cafe tables.

"Really" said Rebecca "are you on the internet? she questioned "you need to get your facts right"

Just type in Wikipedia and there you have it.   An estimated 100,000 satanists in the world.

Just may be the unhealthy interest in the occult had been inspired by one very rich woman writer and absorbed by millions of vulnerable kids, many totally unaware of the connection, or the dangers and dark forces they envoke.  No doubt both the writer and her victims will sadly realise too late the implication their literary preferences have incurred.

Heaven will not admit such evil people.   Eternity in hell does not bear thinking about although some writers and film makers have had considerable success where this is concerned.   Imagine being forever in a place of perpetual decapitation, cannabilism and all manner of deviant sexual abominations.  The public pay to sit and scream watching what one day might well become their reality.

The man turned to his companion.   "Okay, lets get out of here she is obviously deranged"   

Rebecca smiled "God bless" she shouted after them.   

"You know what you can do with your God" the man replied hurling expletives over his shoulder.

Rebecca considered some you win, some you lose, but Lord I'll keep trying after all she was well used to verbal abuse and criticism,  foul language had no purchase on her and flowed like heavy rain down the nearest gutter.   She spoke His truth and was proud of the rejection that followed.   She mused  then surely she must be doing something right.

The observer watched as the young woman walked into the street and entered a comment in his journal.  Rebecca a faithful witness amongst the lost.

Go to the web site.   'Call for Repentance' and learn about the British Marines who in 1944 boarded the ship Exodus and slaughtered the Jews, old people, women and children and then sent others on British prison ships back to Germany and the concentration camps.   1944 was yesterday in relation to biblical history, yet even now the nations are plotting against little Israel.      

Media reports are twisted to fit political agendas on all sides.  You might suggest that the nations leaders search biblical prophecy and see the part they are about to play in the approaching finale.    Would it change their perspective and goals when they eventually realise who is in charge and the outcome.

     

As a christian I can only petition God to raise up men of integrity.   People will finally realise that biblical history is unfolding and bow the knee before the God they chose to ignore.     Repent and seek His forgiveness.   Time is short.   It never ceases to amaze me that people shout "Oh my God" when faced with their own possible extinction or simply lose their car keys - it appears to be automatic and yet they don't really believe in Him. 

Children only know what their parents teach.   They are indoctrinated at an early age into cultural beliefs and often grow to hate those their parents hate.  That hate turns to violence when they see injustice and poverty but they always target the innocent bystander not the greedy and powerful.   

We dangle on the edge of global extinction.  Terrorism is insidious and cowardly, whilst those who are responsible for the carnage are carefully guarded, the terrorists pick on the innocent to make their point. 

Innocent children brought down in the recent plane crashes total 97.     Crimes committed on babies  snatched from their christian mothers in the middle east conflict are too numerous to count making Herod's crime (Matthew 2 - 16) against the Bethlehem babes small in comparison.   Heaven is filled with the laughter of such as these.   Their Lord moves among them.   Victims of wars that are not of their making, they are the only ones truly fit for His Kingdom and they have escaped the coming wrath.

My tears flow for the Russian people and their tragic loss.   We all know why they had to pay the price and so do the powers that be.   Likewise others continue to play the blame game in Ukraine.     Whilst lies follow lies and evidence is considered inconclusive the supreme judge of heaven and earth knows the perpetrators and will judge Satan's henchmen.   They will answer for the blood they spilt and follow their master to eternal damnation.

The pure evil that is ISIS cannot be destroyed by bombing despite the brave attempts of Russia.   They are everywhere their faces blending with both class and country.   Only the return of Yeshua HaMashiach will bring an end to the persecution and suffering. 

Many years ago I heard a story about two leaders imprisoned in Ireland for secretarian crime.  They saw each other daily on opposite sides of a wire fence in the exercise yard and one man planned to kill the other because he was responsible for the death of his son.     Someone had smuggled a gun into the prison and waiting for his chance for retribution the avenger was arguing with God trying to justifying what he was about to do.   After all that man had killed his son.   Then he heard a voice say "what about my son"    I don't know the name of that man but when he eventually got out of prison his mission was to work for peace and thus far the peace has held.   Terrorists like rats hide down holes and pop up somewhere else.   

Considering that both denominational fractions in Ireland were supposed to be following Christ Jesus, where was their justification for killing anyone?   Didn't the Lord say (Matthew 26 - 42) "Put your sword away for all who take the sword will perish by the sword"   (Genesis 4 - 10)  And He said "What have you done? The voice of your brother's blood cries out to Me from the ground.  So now you are cursed from the earth which has opened its mouth to receive your brother's blood from your hand"  way back in Genesis Cain earned the unenviable title of the first murderer and of course God called him a fugitive and a vagabond.

   

Those who reject any evidence of a creator God often do so because they consider religion has just caused bloodshed and division throughout history.  They are right.   Jesus also rejected the religious establishment of the day and spoke peace to his followers.  He hated the hypocrisy of the religious authorities.  History goes round and round in circles.  Bad political and religious leaders have had their own agenda and its the people who pay the price.

There have been many martyrs in religious warfare - this is nothing new - but its time for change.   What will it take to make people throw down their weapons and take up the plough.  There will be suffering in the days ahead.  It is written.  (Matthew 24)   Perhaps when the unbelievers have suffered enough they will realise exactly who is in control.    

Terrorists are a plague.  Destructive to the environment but dispensable.   They leave a barren landscape and their litter behind them where ever they go.   On the other hand power hungry governments are already searching for another planet to rape and pillage and squabble over.

It isn't difficult to imagine standing in front of a huge scanner that can read your every thought word and deed.   There is nothing you can hide, it can probe the depth of your mind and soul, then pass sentence.   No court fees, no plea bargaining or extradition.   It's a case of "go straight to hell"

Some years ago I sat in what I can only describe as a comfortable lounge provided for the relatives of   critically ill patients in the intensive care unit of our local hospital.   A young woman in a sari sat nearby.    Although she spoke excellent English she was in a strange place in a strange country and her husband was critically ill.   In that situation there were no boundaries, no clash of culture, colour, religion or class.   We were both facing the same situation the possible loss of our husbands.   I remember feeling nothing but sympathy for a fellow human being and we comforted each other as best we could.   I never met that young woman again as my husband was moved to another hospital.   Perhaps as the global situation deteriorates people will reach out to each other and talk peace.   But change will only come when we join hands together and pray for peace and the return of the Messiah.

Perhaps we need to remember we share this planet and that we are capable of destroying each other for what?   We should be working to turn the desert green, to share what we have with one another.   Where there is injustice, hunger and need retaliation is inevitable especially when there is so much greed and power in the hands of a few.

Jesus warned us (Matthew 26 - 11) "for you have the poor with you always, but Me you do not have always."  The church has strayed far from its roots, perhaps if the so called men of God sold their palaces and the rich shared their abundant wealth it might just put the world on the right track.   But that is precisely why Jesus called the religious elite hypocrites.   They say one thing and do another.   I remember reading a story of a young priest who vacated the vicarage for a small terraced house alongside his parishioners.   There are still clergy who practice what they preach but I doubt they will be appreciated by the church.

May the Lord draw near to those who are suffering the pain of sudden loss.   The writer knows well the endless nights and empty days.  Regardless of the facts, flowers and prayers you still search the crowds for that familiar face, wondering when the nightmare will end.   But the Lord carries his children.  We believe in His promise to return and His kingdom come.

Revelation 21 - 3 - 4

And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying "Behold the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people.  God Himself will be with them and be their God.  "And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying.   There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away"

The world needs to change and it starts with you and me.

ZECHARIAH  1

So the angel who spoke with me said to me 

"Proclaim  saying thus says the Lord of Hosts.

I am zealous for Jerusalem

and for Zion with a great zeal.

I am exceedingly angry with the Nations at ease.

"Good heavens" exclaimed the smartly dressed young man sitting at a corner table as a drenched senior citizen staggered through the coffee shop doorway.   " Pam" he shouted waving his hand in her direction.   

Pam was always surprised but ready when people recognised her and she had no idea who they were.

The young man stood up and respectfully pulled back a chair.   "Please join me" he said "It's my lunch hour."    Still unaware who the stranger was Pam was grateful for the seat.    "Let me get you a coffee and something to eat,  oh and by the way Jerusalem 2008 ring any bells"

Suddenly she remembered the friendly young man in the tour group.  They had met around three times that week in the Holy Land.   He was staying in a different hotel.   Apparently very comfortable compared with their rather shabby room, but this was the great adventure for two seniors, they intended making the best of their rather short, hectic tour of the Holy Land.

Balancing two coffees and chicken ceasar wraps he made his way back through the tables, dodging shopping bags as he went.  "Sorry, I do remember you now" said Pam "you were baptised in the Jordan.   I'm hopeless at names, always have been, but I don't usually forget a face. 

He smiled "we went our different ways at Stanstead remember.   I went home to London and you and your friend went on to the Travel Inn for the night.   

Gradually the memories came back.   She remembered he wore a "wide brimmed hat" and was very different from the other tourists.   He had time for the two "oldies" and that was appreciated when every mass get together of the tour group seemed to be a rather noisy, jumbled and at times frenetic experience.

"Hard to believe how fast prophecy is taking place isn't it" she said.   "It's only to be expected" said the young man.   Very much a case of Matthew 24 "wars and rumours of wars" he said smiling sadly.

"Yes" said Pam "but what gets me,  is its okay to indoctrinate youths to chuck stones, use catapults and other missiles and take aim at the IDF.    After all most of the IDF soldiers are young men.  And isn't it just amazing how the reporters are there when the IDF are attempting to restrain them.   Don't the kids just howl when they get caught.   What are the IDF supposed to do - just stand there.   It makes my blood boil.   Loads of negative publicity where Israel is concerned.   Without the Iron Dome there would have been terrible casualties for Israel.   I thank God for the Iron Dome.   Of course all the media on R.T. concentrate on is any sign of retaliation on Israel's part.   Whereas Hamas use their own people as human shields.   

She continued "If my child had been chucking stones or whatever he would have got a swift slap off me.   You don't use kids to fight your battles.    There are no winners in war, only losers.   It's time they got round the table and started talking peace before God decides to deal with the nations that come against His people"   It was time for another slurp of coffee.  The sweet smell of the solid wood decor and the aroma of coffee was a delight to the senses.  

"It's not going to change until Yeshua returns" said the young man.   "We can see biblical prophecy unfolding before our very eyes."   "True" replied Pam.   "We are on the same wave length".

"Mmmh, that chicken wrap was gorgeous thank you very much, what a treat" said Pam.  "I certainly didn't expect that blessing."  She continued   "as far as I am concerned it doesn't really matter either way.   We can't stop this.   We are christians, real christians not counterfeits.   We have to trust the Lord.   He has my life and yours in His hands.   I have nothing to lose and along with true christian brothers and sisters everything to gain.   

The other night I was reading Pilgrims Progress again.   This time it was Part 2, Christiana's journey with her four children.   I had sneaked a look at the end of her journey just to see if she got safely home.   That was cheating so I went back to the beginning.   The interpreter tells her, (here Pam paused) I'll paraphrase she said smiling.   That she must learn how to suffer and take on board "wrongs" without complaining.   He uses the slaughter of a sheep as an example.  Good advice and precisely why there have been many beheadings in the Middle East.    But that didn't stop that sinking feeling and the need to cry out "How long Lord"

When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held.
And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long O Lord, holy and true until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?
Then a white robe was given to each of them; and it was said to them that they should rest a little while longer, until both the number of their fellow servants and their brethren, who would be killed as they were was completed.

And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them.  Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshipped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands.

As I was researching music on the internet I came across a very appropriate song  "You are my hiding place" a duet by a young couple in a church in Hickory Grove Baptist Church (North Campus) Charlotte. N.C.  www.youtube.com/watch?v=RzqpkMJxyss that is how modern christian music should be.   It was pure and sincere and nothing like the whacky show biz so called worship.   Honestly you would think you were at a rock pop concert.  Do they realise how Holy God is.   It's more like pagan worship.   If you get a chance pick it up and look at the comments.   The girl is dressed modestly in what could be described as a "frock coat" which is a darn site better than the half naked crutch hugging jean clad barbies I have seen in the past.   

The young man smiled "now that is interesting.   Can you recommend a church in the area, I'm new to these parts so it is difficult?   "Sorry" said Pam "I wish I could.   We are down to small informal groups of like minded christians.    We meet now and again, but you are very welcome to join us any time, here's my number and she scribbled her details on a serviette.      

"Are you the leader" the young man enquired.  "Heaven forbid no" exclaimed Pam "I have never had any agenda where leadership is concerned, we have no other leader but Jesus.  I am merely a watchman and hostess when my turn comes around.    We always place an empty chair in the circle as a mark of respect for our Lord.   We are just the shepherd's sheep.   We have a young builder, a plumber (very handy for the group) a vicar who refused to "do it their way" and paid the price.   Not that he ever regrets his decision but he has had enough of the leadership game.   Sally is a teacher.   Jerry is a G.P.   They have all had issues with the status quo.    Pam giggled "actually we are quite self sufficient when you think about it"   Along with a couple of single parents that's it.   When we go above twelve someone breaks off and starts another group.   That way we remain hidden and out of the attention of undesirables and the religious establishment who are hell bent on twisting scripture and heading in the direction of "all paths lead to God" - the Interfaith brigade.

"What made you leave the bright lights?" asked Pam.  

"Just generally sick of city life and everything connected with the establishment,  fraudsters, the blatant hypocrisy, lies and the "me first" attitude" he replied.

"Well" said Pam "I've only been here twelve years and I am still considered 'not from round here' but no matter.  It amazes me some people never move out of the place where they were born.  I'm a bit of a gypsy myself.   But my next move will be the smoothest - HOME to where I really belong.   You are very welcome to join us when you have the time and inclination.   There is no condemnation if you are busy.

We don't put God on the back burner in our lives for a particular day, we walk with Him,  talk with Him and pray to Him every day.    Friday night is convenient for most of us.   Saturday (Shabbat) we do our own thing but I don't do any housework or shopping, I rest as my God commanded.   We takes turns researching the internet for videos.   Jacob Prasch is a particular favourite with the group along with old sermons of David Wilkerson, David Hunt and Derek Prince who had strong links with Israel.  All with the Lord but they live on thanks to videos freely available on You Tube.  Jacob is still on the planet under the protection of the Lord.  We discuss current affairs and enjoy laughing at the vagaries of human nature.   We all fall short.   We are all sinners, but thankfully we have a merciful forgiving God.  

Pam gazed out of the shop window at the rain still pouring down and hitting the window.   "Time to catch the hourly bus home.  Its lovely to see you again.  It's Tim isn't it?.  Finally she had remembered his name.    "Yes" he replied.   She glanced at the young man she had met over seven years ago.   Still a true child of God.   "Take care Tim, keep in touch.   Either here or in His Kingdom.    There's a C.D. called "Great is Thy Faithfulness by Phil Driscoll on You Tube.   Love the guy.  We all need encouragement for the days ahead.   It certainly lifts my soul.

An elderly man watched the pair as they left the warm coffee shop behind.   He was eavesdropping on their conversation.   They were full of hope their faces lit with a special glow.  "There must be something in this Jesus of theirs" he muttered to himself.   He watched the faces of the passing public.   Stressed, anxious, not a smile in sight.  The queue at the cash machine was lengthy,  yet they stood patiently waiting in the pouring rain.  How long before the money runs out and the queue turns into a riot.       A small voice whispered "they have no HOPE".

Of course King Saul stood in opposition of God's commandments and consulted the witch of Endor 

1 Samuel 15 - 23 - For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, And stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry.  Because you have rejected the word of the Lord, He also has rejected you from being King.

Saul was not a good king and the crown passed to David.  Saul took a sword and fell on it.  So Saul, his three sons, his armorbearer, and all his men died together that day.

Perhaps Saul's judgement might well be a solemn warning to the apostate church in the U.K.   She is  dead, cold, empty and rebellious where God's word is concerned.   They should be screaming "Get right with God, obey His commandments" from the pulpit.   No, its flaccid ear tickling.  

Perhaps you would be forgiven for thinking that Halloween is just a harmless bit of fun, but you might like to research the origins of this festival.   The ancient pagans and celtic society celebrated the festival of Samhain.   Both children and animals placed in wicker cages and burnt to death.   Just one of their rituals tied to the changing temperatures and loss of strength by their sun God. 

Do Christ professing born again christians realise they are glorifying Satan and not God.   Scary stuff.

Of course in certain areas of so called christianity Halloween is called All Hallows Eve or All Saints Eve  when the faithful are called to pray for the Saints and their departed dead.

The bible is the only official prayer manual and it teaches that prayers for the dead are futile.

Ecclesiastics 9 - 5

But the living know that they will die;

But the dead know nothing

And they have no more reward

For the memory of them is forgotten.

Yet we find the practice of praying for the dead observed.   Roman Catholic theology allows prayers to the dead and on behalf of them.  One could be forgiven for thinking we are a nation of pagans.  On sale in the local shops artificial blood, vampire teeth, skeleton hands to say nothing of the cobwebs, witch and skeleton displays in virtually every shop on a busy high street.   

Try and comment and you are told "oh it's just a bit of fun."    Ignorance is never bliss.   Vulnerable children are being seduced.   Death is coming one way or another to the streets of Britain.   Unholy mayhem.   Will parents find that funny and laugh?   Biblical history teaches that when people abandon God He raises up their enemy.    No prizes for guessing who that is.  

Of course if you are not a follower of Christ no doubt anything goes along with the drugs, drink and sexual orgies very much in line with the pagan rituals in the old testament.   You might say "well at least we don't sacrifice children to Molech".   Oh yes you do.   Now more than ever via abortion.   The children that disappear have no caring parent or guardian, they won't be missed.  Little ones with learning difficulties groomed until they trust often raped, some starved and killed by their own parents.     Babies sacrificed at covens, yes satanic sacrifices exist.  Twenty years ago a young pregnant woman just disappeared off the radar, pregnant she was running from parental wrath.  She was sheltered by a local coven and gave birth.   That is all the satanists need for their gruesome ceremonies.  No one missed the victim or her baby.

On a lighter note I can well remember one Halloween at our local church.   We were well into the worship service when an unholy cackling noise started outside the church.   The elders went to investigate and found the church had been egged.   That's a good sign obviously we were on the right track at that time.   

You don't believe in Satan.   In Detroit U.S.A. they have erected a statue to Satan.  Now that is really scary.   Hundreds attended the unveiling ceremony with shouts of "Hail Satan" statues of a boy and girl in poses of adoration at his feet.   Get real.   Know your enemy.

Why would someone want to torment little kids with horror stories, and how will they react when the real thing hits this country.   Women in the Middle East are well used to the sight of human garbage in the streets.  They know how to weep.    Your children are precious gifts of God, guard them well.

We are known to be a nation of animal lovers, how does this fit with the ancient rituals of the 31st October. 

Once life is over there are no more choices to be made.   

We have no choice but to face judgement.

Prayer will not change the outcome.

Molly was deaf, but she had her uses, a go-for, child minder and cleaner, the call would go out Molly will go, Molly will carry.   Mothering her uncaring siblings, sickly, tired and anxious, she was often crushed under a burden of ridicule and wrath, her childhood lost.   Hungry for parental approval she would "go" to please,  hoping for some scrap of affection.

Then she heard His voice, felt His love.   He picks the least to invite to His feast.   "They rejected you" the gentle voice spoke "they rejected my son, nailed Him to a cross.

Know you are loved and most precious to Me,

There's nothing in your world My eye doesn't see.

I saw your despair and the tears that you cried,

they rejected you and your love for them died.

Try telling a young girl that her Father in heaven loves her when all she knows is physical and mental abuse.   Go for my fags, fetch my paper.  Violence the reward for considered insolence as eyes closed she turned away trying to dodge the oncoming blow.   Try telling that thin little scrap of a girl, least of the litter, that her Father in heaven loves her when in reality it would take a life time for her to pity and forgive her aging parents.   But she did because she knew her real Father in heaven and held on to His promise.

When you reach out to others you find captives livid and angry with a God who didn't answer their prayers on time.   Sometimes they lost a loving parent, or sibling and expected a miracle and did not understand that the miracle is to be freed from this world, this hell on earth for so many innocents.  Utterly traumatised by terrible atrocities their haunted eyes stare into the void, understanding little but the pain of loss and abandonment. 

Governments talk, talk and talk and go home to their resplendent homes at the end of a day.   The trail of human misery continues, frightened children clinging to their parents, witnessing the wrath of those who don't want them in their country, in their tidy lives.    Government leaders unleashed the dogs of war, now one would question how do they sleep haunted by those eyes.

Let the little children come to Me,

and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.

Matthew 18 - 5

Whoever receives one little child like this in My name receives Me.


Isaiah 65 - 17
For behold I create a new heaven and a new earth;
And the former shall not be remembered or come to mind.

God is obviously going to deal with us all and use His giant eraser.   Little children will play safely in the streets of the new earth.   All evil, sickness and pain gone.  His people wait.
