THE LORD IS GRACIOUS - hidden behind the veil  the life changing events we never expected.   Even our own departure date.    

No doubt about it, this once great country is on the downhill slide, packed with the immigrant and the elderly both unwanted.  But we of the zimmer and crutch brigade and will not go silently into the night.

Christians arise:

NO:   To the morons who are trying to tell us we are not a christian country any more.   Oh yes we are but we won't follow men who twist and change the Word of God or attempt to lead us on the path of appeasement or convenience, the number crunching brigade.

NO: To the dark side of the legal profession and those who hound men of wealth and the cloth to name and disgrace regardless of the fact that they haven't a scrap of material evidence qualifying the words of women with a rather vivid recollection and memory, applauding the skills of the bounty hunter.

Yes Jimmy Saville is long dead, and the dead can't talk.   The writer knew him only from a distance long before he acquired his notorious reputation.   The writer also saw the girls that huddled around him when he worked as a D.J. at a Manchester venue and people in the entertainment business knew all about the "casting couch" - fame costs.     The celebrity circus is alive and well and most people know the saying "don't put your daughter on the stage Mrs Worthington"

It would be interesting research finding out exactly how much money the legal profession has made from the incarceration of elderly men, no doubt some guilty, and a prison system that benefits from their state pensions.  No doubt they research their prey, whether they have money, or can they claim against a company or employer.    Plea bargaining is commonplace and the innocent mix with the guilty.   Their families pay a heavy price for changing their plea and a reduced sentence.  Obviously there are good practitioners amongst the dross, but regardless of the sentence passed by an earthly judge, there is one judge to whom ALL will answer and the pay out for those that got it wrong is undoubtedly - hell.

Forty years ago men "patted bottoms" and probably enticed innocent girls into their luxury cars.   Like moths attracted to the light the children would have been impressed with their celebrity status and their public personalities.   No, it doesn't justify what men did,  but it was commonplace and at the end of the day there is a "bounty hunter" chasing these men.      No hype about the devious behaviour of women.   One might question where were the parents?  Didn't they know what their children were doing, or who they were with?  What had they failed to teach their children?   They share the guilt.  Amazingly if you have money you can bury your crime, nothing changes, one law for the rich and one for the poor.

NO: To the nanny state.   Hands off my parents, only God says when its time to go.   Sadly many do not have family support and encouragement and once again the wealthy and privileged are more likely to accuse their carers of inappropriate behaviour and swing their case.   If it moves, sue it.

NO: To the state control of our children's minds.  They are our kids - hands off big brother.   Don't let the authorities mess with their values.  Guard them like the precious God given gifts that they are.   For a country crumbling under moral decadence make a difference in the time you have been allotted.

True christians follow their leader, Christ Jesus, Yeshua HaMashiach - Jesus the Messiah - not the appointed hierarchy in the denominations.   Through our Lord we know our destination and hold to the narrow path.

PRAY:

For the captives, it just takes one weakness, one vulnerable moment and the devil is in the detail.   Tell them about the Lord you follow.   Get used to people considering you are peculiar.   All true followers of the Christ are peculiar.

It's all there, all we need to know about the road ahead.   Religious deception, social and political upheaval, natural calamities, disloyalty and persecution.    

The usual carnival of gluttony and drunken orgies just around the corner.   Young women in skirts that hardly cover their gender teetering on high heels ready for the party season seemingly oblivious to the road ahead or perhaps in total denial until the screaming starts.   The heads in the sand brigade.

The school gates locked behind the crocodile of happy excited stragglers making their way past Sam's flat at the start of the Christmas holiday.   For them the anticipation of a christmas tree stacked with presents,  their season of plenty.

Time to relax and grab a quick cup of tea in front of the television and catch up on the latest news.      Sam juggled three jobs to keep her family afloat but for a couple of weeks it would just be the home and her children.    A news report flashed across her t.v. screen and she saw land pulverized by conflict.   Hungry frightened children sleeping rough, seeming to have about as much value as a desert rat, others sat staring at the intruding camera whilst their fearful mothers struggled with primitive cooking facilities.

Another channel and innocent eyes stared through steel netting at a group of men.  "We don't want you here" they shouted at the little arab girl.   She was afraid, even amongst her own people there were men with evil intent.   A small boy was thrust through a window on to a packed train.   He screamed for his father.

Dear God in heaven, considered Sam, doesn't it make you want to chuck a brick through the t.v.  At least if I could smack the corrupt leaders I could get rid of some of the frustration.   They are just kids dragged from their homeland to a possible death from cold, snow and rain in a hostile land.  Another channel and people were marching and protesting yet still governments continued to bomb indiscriminately, where was it all going to end.

She changed channels and another world came into view.   Materialistic, hedonistic, greedy for more, eager to control, drunk with political power, the ME society.   "How did we fall so far from you Lord" she questioned "and how long before we receive what we so rightly deserve?  I get so angry when I see people blatantly ignoring your commandments.  I can't watch this parade of misery any more" she switched the set off  and moved towards the kitchen to prepare their evening meal.  She considered how powerless she was to make a difference, march, protest and no one listened.   Just making ends meet in her corner of the world was a challenge.   What will it take to make men lay down their weapons, simply feed the world and live in peace.   What is it going to take to make them realise they are not in control.

Then that still small voice interrupted her train of thought.   "Sam" she trembled at the sound of  her name spoken with such love and gentleness  "Sam, you don't have to fight my battles for Me, rest in My peace."  

For many children on Christmas Eve sleep would not come and Megan wrestled with the duvet.    "I can't sleep Mummy" she called from her bedroom.   Sam tried not to get annoyed.  Ben was fast asleep in the next room,  she was tired, it had been a long day.   She really needed to get some sleep to be fresh for the day ahead.   She knelt by the side of Megan's bed.   "Megan" she whispered gently "go to sleep, remember to thank Jesus for all His blessings.   So many children will go hungry and cold tonight and you have a snug warm bed and everything you need. 

"Why can't they come and share our dinner Mummy" asked Megan anxiously.   "Sorry darling, they are a world away from here.   They live in the Middle East not far from where Jesus was born." Sam replied.   "Well can't we send it to them in the mail" said Megan determined not to give up.   "Sorry darling, they probably wouldn't even like our food but I have sent some money so the charity workers can provide tents and food.   I really don't think they would like the cold winds and all the rain and snow we get here.

"Where has the sunshine gone" said Megan getting really drowsy "I am so tired of all the rain and getting really wet.    "It will be back in the spring" said Sam "you know nature is just sleeping and as the days lengthen everything will spring back to life".

"Megan" her mother spoke gently "we need to thank Jesus for his blessings and protection.   I'll switch your angel light on and you can listen to your favourite carols and when you wake up it will be Christmas morning.

Thankfully Megan had drifted off and Sam crept into her own bed.   She missed Peter so much and often wondered why he had had to die so very young, but then she knew her cross was small in comparison with the huge burdens and suffering of the many.    The Lord had carried her through the trauma and looked after her every need, she was indeed blessed.   

Sam didn't pander to commercialism she kept things simple, good food, a clean home and concern for the less fortunate.   Megan would not be getting the latest expensive electronic gadgets, her presents consisted of a scooter and a knitted scarf and lava lamp from her grandmother.   She would share her sweets and chocolates with her friends and cousins and of course she had already got her own little presents for her Mum and grandparents, the rabbits and Poppy the family dog.  Ben too little to understand all the preparations would settle for a bowl of his favourite ice cream but the snow white teddy his grandmother had bought him would remain a lifelong companion.

Thankfully Megan drifted off and Sam crept into her own bed.   "Forgive me Lord, I am too tired to pray tonight - forgive all my transgressions - help me to stand strong in time of trial.

   

Sam had a dream that night of another place far from her earthly home.   She stood as an observer watching Jesus surrounded by His disciples as Moses, Elijah, Daniel and many prophets and angels   gathered before the great white throne.

The beautiful archangel Michael bowed low before the throne, his wings folded.   He spoke "Father how long before I can gather Your suffering people to You."   "Patience Michael" replied the Father "as in the days of Moses I give people a last chance to repent, perhaps when they suffer tribulation at My Hand they will bow the knee, otherwise their future lies with the accuser.

Sam shuddered her attention drawn to a dark figure standing in isolation from the main group.  The accuser of the brethren, whispering and sniggering foul instructions to his evil cohorts and their captives on earth.    Miserable tormented souls drowning in a pool of debauchery and sin. 

Sam stood in awe as Jesus left the group and moved to her side.   "Sam" he called her by name.   "All who desire to live godly lives in Me will suffer persecution"  2 Tim. 3-12 

But you must continue in things of which you have learned and been assured of knowing of whom you have learned them. 2 - Tim - 14

From childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Me.  2 - Tim - 15 

The Father knows His own and you are His.   I  will return to my people from whence I departed and all will see My glory.   

Sam stood powerless in His gaze.   Such love exceeding all human emotion held her, surrounded her and filled her with peace.   Now go to your children.   Teach them my precepts, protect and guard them for your futures are assured.   Speak My Truth quietly at every given opportunity.   The fields are ready for harvest.   

The sound of bird song drifted in the open window heralding the dawn.   The first hard frost of the year had turned the grass white.   Sam lay still not wanting to leave that place.   The rustling of paper told her Megan was exploring her sack of christmas presents at the end of her bed.

THE DYING CHURCH

2 Thessalonians - 3

Rejoice, finally people will realise yet another biblical prophecy has come true.   Exactly where CORAB get their numbers from is not stated but their agenda is clear.    Certainly no one asked the writer or my christian friends for our religious status.

There are many more christians in the U.K but they refuse to bow to denominational control especially when the leaders can't even teach the TRUTH instead pandering to those who literally stick two fingers up at a Holy God to whom their sexual preferences are "an abomination".   No real followers of Jesus Christ will be found in either of the main denominations in the U.K. or with their bums in the air in the nearest mosque or at an inter-faith service.

The comment by the former High Court Judge Baroness Butler-Sloss is to say the least disgusting. 

"Religious children are more selfish an atheist children"
If she has personally experienced this, then the children are NOT GENUINE CHRISTIANS because the bible teaches the exact opposite. 

The fact that they are taken to the local church does not make them christian.  And of course you always get the one spirited little boy who got his answer slightly twisted.

Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.

Children are children the world over and only a very sick individual would use that in an attempt to support the interfaith lobby.

The amused muslim interviewed on the R.T. news channel really should read the bible.  He knows they have an agenda to take over the U.K. it's just a matter of numbers.  They will out breed the British people.   Two wives x seven children each, do the maths.  

Its the inter-faith lobby on the move again and of course those who study the bible know that this is retribution for a country that has turned its back on God.  Britain will have to answer for her crimes  against the jews and for breaking the Balfour Declaration time and again with their continued agenda to divide the Holy Land.

A true child of God walks daily with her Saviour, prays daily, communicates with other christians around the globe.   We don't butcher people.  We were warned of the persecution we would have to endure - but we know without a shadow of a doubt that all that is to come is prophesied and the leaders of the apostate church will be called to account for the sheep they have led astray.

And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul.  But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

MIND CONTROL

MATTHEW 19 - 17

Why do you call Me good?

No one is good but One, that is God.

No one controls the mind of a true child of God, they listen for the still small voice not a twisted religious leader or state manipulation.   The devil also has access to an individual so you pray for the gift of discernment to know the origin of that particular suggestion or directive.

At times I come across great humour amongst the christian fraternity.   The blueletterbible.org had one such entry on the 9th October 2013.   "YOU DON'T HAVE TO BELIEVE IN GOD FOR HIM TO USE YOU, AFTER ALL HE USED A DONKEY"  NUMBERS 22 - 22-23 

  

Despite all the evil of today's world there are good people both in the professions and workplace who are trying to help others.   One shining example of unity regardless of race was a media video report on a Jewish and Palestinian doctor and their team of nurses working side by side in Israel,  not judging but there to save lives where ever possible.   

Apparently the government Education Secretary commenting on the recent law introduced regarding radicalization said "schools would be guided on identifying children at risk of radicalization.   She suggested an extreme intolerance of homosexuality was an example of behaviour that could cause concern.

Perhaps she should note that both genuine christians and most muslims do not accept homosexuality  other than as "an abomination before their God"   The only difference is how the two groups deal with them.   A genuine follower of Christ will inform the homosexual/lesbian of the need to repent and turn their lives around otherwise they face eternal damnation.   The muslim fraternity will just throw them off the top of a high place.  

The average man resents having this brought to his attention in plays, t.v. or media but as long as it doesn't infringe on his life or the lives of his sons and daughters this is for the most part tolerated and they can always switch the television off when the kissing starts.   However after one too many in the local pub it is not unusual for things to turn ugly with the resultant gay bashing, whichever sex is involved. 

The minister's statement is clearly aimed at the muslim community but it is also 'back door' tactics for anyone against this Orwellian* government.   They have already introduced a curriculum well outside most christian values and parents have been obliged to remove their children from indoctrination via the education system.

Children are not quite as DIM as some would have us believe.  They see cruelty and injustice and are  mature enough to know what is good or bad.   They see the riots and media headlines.  Most parents inform their kids that governments are supposed to serve the people not themselves.   One day they will have the vote, but even then corruption, fraud and tactical voting might well keep their chosen party out.

Maybe the real agenda of this law is 'mind control'    Most individuals in the U.K. could not stomach the brutal butchery of man or beast, their comments would go viral on the internet, however just a few hundred years ago heads flew, men were hung, drawn and quartered, burnt at the stake by whichever religious power held sway or at the whim of the monarchy.   We now consider ourselves civilized but a third world war would bring out the beast for a feast.   The film "Book of Eli" is a really good example of how man would degenerate in that situation.

Some countries in the E.U. have no problem butchering animals in front of small children.   Young men appear to enjoy killing gentle dolphins.   The animals will be the first to sense the approaching judgement and will flee to higher ground. 

It is the parent's responsibility to teach their children free from government interference.    Successive governments have not controlled immigration and sadly few muslims integrate instead they take over streets and areas their goal being to eventually enforce their laws on whichever country they inhabit.

The new law will literally give authorities the power to snatch children from parental responsibility and we all know how they pick on the innocent, the guilty are far too street wise.  It will also criminalize "free thinking individuals" and ensure they mould young minds to their preferred code of conduct.   Governments might consider themselves invincible, they are not.   

The people of the middle east have fought each other for centuries which is precisely why Jesus Christ, God made man, came to tell His people to walk the path of PEACE.

Perhaps politicians should take a form of Hippocratic Oath before they can sit on the benches - but then they have already removed any chance of the medical profession practicing theirs.

You don't go to war unless God goes before you.   The Israelites learnt that lesson.    One can only wonder how many politicians or leaders actually considered praying and listening for the still small voice of God before voting to take a nation to war.   If they can't find time to study the King James bible perhaps a quick, simple, slightly poetic version of the "Prince of Egypt" movie might have tempered their direction.   The end game is written and God will come against the nations that have illegally interfered.

The thinking man (or is that about to be controlled) would realise terrorism is one battle that is never ending.  Ireland slumbers in a delicate peace and that only came about because men of war spoke peace.   God pricked the conscience of the waring fractions and they sat around the table of negotiation.

Apart from the mother of all bombs, which in itself would destroy the very prize they all seek, black gold, the devil's spawn will continue to spread around the globe.   People are realising too late in the day that it could be their head on the block.  

Nations need to acknowledge the mess they are in and that judgement is surely coming but when the

only God they have is SELF it is only God who can change hearts and minds.

It is only God who chooses who He saves and uses - divine election.   

Studio Scotland's film the Daniel Connection is a timely reminder of biblical prophecy.   Those who refuse to even attempt to understand biblical prophecy perhaps preferring instead to amuse themselves with a good horror, science fiction or alien movie, might well consider their fantasy could become their reality.   The Middle East is a boiling pot and trigger and the alien is in their midst.

"Oh that's all going on over there" is their song.  They worship at the monument to consumerism and eagerly await a few frenetic days of over indulgence and gluttony.  Meanwhile the slaughter continues and innocents will die amongst the guilty from the bombs and bullets to say nothing of starvation and cold.  Of course there are always those who benefit handsomely from war games.  Arms dealers and manufacturers,  the construction industry and the sale of priceless antiquities.   Perhaps leaders will have to get drunk to numb their conscience and sooth their guilt.

At the end of the day the nation is morally bankrupt.   Terrorists like the rats will go down their holes and pop up elsewhere, next time perhaps too close to home.

TIME TO PRAY

AND TURN BACK TO THE GOD THEY HAVE IGNORED.

And although His Word is written and will come to pass He will judge the Nation's leaders and common man alike.   Meanwhile His remnant will continue to work in the harvest fields for His glory.

Hoots of hysterical laughter filled the air as the couple collapsed against each other "It's just a load of rubbish there's no such thing as Satan or hell"  more raucous laughter and the couple edged towards the chairs around the cafe tables.

"Really" said Rebecca "are you on the internet? she questioned "you need to get your facts right"

Just type in Wikipedia and there you have it.   An estimated 100,000 satanists in the world.

Just may be the unhealthy interest in the occult had been inspired by one very rich woman writer and absorbed by millions of vulnerable kids, many totally unaware of the connection, or the dangers and dark forces they envoke.  No doubt both the writer and her victims will sadly realise too late the implication their literary preferences have incurred.

Heaven will not admit such evil people.   Eternity in hell does not bear thinking about although some writers and film makers have had considerable success where this is concerned.   Imagine being forever in a place of perpetual decapitation, cannabilism and all manner of deviant sexual abominations.  The public pay to sit and scream watching what one day might well become their reality.

The man turned to his companion.   "Okay, lets get out of here she is obviously deranged"   

Rebecca smiled "God bless" she shouted after them.

Rebecca considered some you win, some you lose, but Lord I'll keep trying after all she was well used to verbal abuse and criticism,  foul language had no purchase on her and flowed like heavy rain down the nearest gutter.   She spoke His truth and was proud of the rejection that followed.   She mused  then surely she must be doing something right.

The observer watched as the young woman walked into the street and entered a comment in his journal.  Rebecca a faithful witness amongst the lost.

Media reports are twisted to fit political agendas on all sides.  You might suggest that the nations leaders search biblical prophecy and see the part they are about to play in the approaching finale.    Would it change their perspective and goals when they eventually realise who is in charge and the outcome.

     

As a christian I can only petition God to raise up men of integrity.   People will finally realise that biblical history is unfolding and bow the knee before the God they chose to ignore.     Repent and seek His forgiveness.   Time is short.   It never ceases to amaze me that people shout "Oh my God" when faced with their own possible extinction or simply lose their car keys - it appears to be automatic and yet they don't really believe in Him. 

Children only know what their parents teach.   They are indoctrinated at an early age into cultural beliefs and often grow to hate those their parents hate.  That hate turns to violence when they see injustice and poverty but they always target the innocent bystander not the greedy and powerful.   

We dangle on the edge of global extinction.  Terrorism is insidious and cowardly, whilst those who are responsible for the carnage are carefully guarded, the terrorists pick on the innocent to make their point. 

Innocent children brought down in the recent plane crashes total 97.     Crimes committed on babies  snatched from their christian mothers in the middle east conflict are too numerous to count making Herod's crime (Matthew 2 - 16) against the Bethlehem babes small in comparison.   Heaven is filled with the laughter of such as these.   Their Lord moves among them.   Victims of wars that are not of their making, they are the only ones truly fit for His Kingdom and they have escaped the coming wrath.

My tears flow for the Russian people and their tragic loss.   We all know why they had to pay the price and so do the powers that be.   Likewise others continue to play the blame game in Ukraine.     Whilst lies follow lies and evidence is considered inconclusive the supreme judge of heaven and earth knows the perpetrators and will judge Satan's henchmen.   They will answer for the blood they spilt and follow their master to eternal damnation.

The pure evil that is ISIS cannot be destroyed by bombing despite the brave attempts of Russia.   They are everywhere their faces blending with both class and country.   Only the return of Yeshua HaMashiach will bring an end to the persecution and suffering. 

Many years ago I heard a story about two leaders imprisoned in Ireland for secretarian crime.  They saw each other daily on opposite sides of a wire fence in the exercise yard and one man planned to kill the other because he was responsible for the death of his son.     Someone had smuggled a gun into the prison and waiting for his chance for retribution the avenger was arguing with God trying to justifying what he was about to do.   After all that man had killed his son.   Then he heard a voice say "what about my son"    I don't know the name of that man but when he eventually got out of prison his mission was to work for peace and thus far the peace has held.   Terrorists like rats hide down holes and pop up somewhere else.   

Considering that both denominational fractions in Ireland were supposed to be following Christ Jesus, where was their justification for killing anyone?   Didn't the Lord say (Matthew 26 - 42) "Put your sword away for all who take the sword will perish by the sword"   (Genesis 4 - 10)  And He said "What have you done? The voice of your brother's blood cries out to Me from the ground.  So now you are cursed from the earth which has opened its mouth to receive your brother's blood from your hand"  way back in Genesis Cain earned the unenviable title of the first murderer and of course God called him a fugitive and a vagabond.

   

Those who reject any evidence of a creator God often do so because they consider religion has just caused bloodshed and division throughout history.  They are right.   Jesus also rejected the religious establishment of the day and spoke peace to his followers.  He hated the hypocrisy of the religious authorities.  History goes round and round in circles.  Bad political and religious leaders have had their own agenda and its the people who pay the price.

There have been many martyrs in religious warfare - this is nothing new - but its time for change.   What will it take to make people throw down their weapons and take up the plough.  There will be suffering in the days ahead.  It is written.  (Matthew 24)   Perhaps when the unbelievers have suffered enough they will realise exactly who is in control.    

Terrorists are a plague.  Destructive to the environment but dispensable.   They leave a barren landscape and their litter behind them where ever they go.   On the other hand power hungry governments are already searching for another planet to rape and pillage and squabble over.

It isn't difficult to imagine standing in front of a huge scanner that can read your every thought word and deed.   There is nothing you can hide, it can probe the depth of your mind and soul, then pass sentence.   No court fees, no plea bargaining or extradition.   It's a case of "go straight to hell"

Some years ago I sat in what I can only describe as a comfortable lounge provided for the relatives of   critically ill patients in the intensive care unit of our local hospital.   A young woman in a sari sat nearby.    Although she spoke excellent English she was in a strange place in a strange country and her husband was critically ill.   In that situation there were no boundaries, no clash of culture, colour, religion or class.   We were both facing the same situation the possible loss of our husbands.   I remember feeling nothing but sympathy for a fellow human being and we comforted each other as best we could.   I never met that young woman again as my husband was moved to another hospital.   Perhaps as the global situation deteriorates people will reach out to each other and talk peace.   But change will only come when we join hands together and pray for peace and the return of the Messiah.

Perhaps we need to remember we share this planet and that we are capable of destroying each other for what?   We should be working to turn the desert green, to share what we have with one another.   Where there is injustice, hunger and need retaliation is inevitable especially when there is so much greed and power in the hands of a few.

Jesus warned us (Matthew 26 - 11) "for you have the poor with you always, but Me you do not have always."  The church has strayed far from its roots, perhaps if the so called men of God sold their palaces and the rich shared their abundant wealth it might just put the world on the right track.   But that is precisely why Jesus called the religious elite hypocrites.   They say one thing and do another.   I remember reading a story of a young priest who vacated the vicarage for a small terraced house alongside his parishioners.   There are still clergy who practice what they preach but I doubt they will be appreciated by the church.

May the Lord draw near to those who are suffering the pain of sudden loss.   The writer knows well the endless nights and empty days.  Regardless of the facts, flowers and prayers you still search the crowds for that familiar face, wondering when the nightmare will end.   But the Lord carries his children.  We believe in His promise to return and His kingdom come.

Revelation 21 - 3 - 4

And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying "Behold the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people.  God Himself will be with them and be their God.  "And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying.   There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away"

The world needs to change and it starts with you and me.

ZECHARIAH  1 

14-15

So the angel who spoke with me said to me 

"Proclaim  saying thus says the Lord of Hosts.

I am zealous for Jerusalem

and for Zion with a great zeal.

I am exceedingly angry with the Nations at ease.

"Good heavens" exclaimed the smartly dressed young man sitting at a corner table as a drenched senior citizen staggered through the coffee shop doorway.   " Pam" he shouted waving his hand in her direction.   

Pam was always surprised but ready when people recognised her and she had no idea who they were.

The young man stood up and respectfully pulled back a chair.   "Please join me" he said "It's my lunch hour."    Still unaware who the stranger was Pam was grateful for the seat.    "Let me get you a coffee and something to eat,  oh and by the way Jerusalem 2008 ring any bells"

Suddenly she remembered the friendly young man in the tour group.  They had met around three times that week in the Holy Land.   He was staying in a different hotel.   Apparently very comfortable compared with their rather shabby room, but this was the great adventure for two seniors, they intended making the best of their rather short, hectic tour of the Holy Land.

Balancing two coffees and chicken ceasar wraps he made his way back through the tables, dodging shopping bags as he went.  "Sorry, I do remember you now" said Pam "you were baptised in the Jordan.   I'm hopeless at names, always have been, but I don't usually forget a face. 

He smiled "we went our different ways at Stanstead remember.   I went home to London and you and your friend went on to the Travel Inn for the night.   

Gradually the memories came back.   She remembered he wore a "wide brimmed hat" and was very different from the other tourists.   He had time for the two "oldies" and that was appreciated when every mass get together of the tour group seemed to be a rather noisy, jumbled and at times frenetic experience.

"Hard to believe how fast prophecy is taking place isn't it" she said.   "It's only to be expected" said the young man.   Very much a case of Matthew 24 "wars and rumours of wars" he said smiling sadly.

"Yes" said Pam "but what gets me,  is its okay to indoctrinate youths to chuck stones, use catapults and other missiles and take aim at the IDF.    After all most of the IDF soldiers are young men.  And isn't it just amazing how the reporters are there when the IDF are attempting to restrain them.   Don't the kids just howl when they get caught.   What are the IDF supposed to do - just stand there.   It makes my blood boil.   Loads of negative publicity where Israel is concerned.   Without the Iron Dome there would have been terrible casualties for Israel.   I thank God for the Iron Dome.   Of course all the media on R.T. concentrate on is any sign of retaliation on Israel's part.   Whereas Hamas use their own people as human shields.   

She continued "If my child had been chucking stones or whatever he would have got a swift slap off me.   You don't use kids to fight your battles.    There are no winners in war, only losers.   It's time they got round the table and started talking peace before God decides to deal with the nations that come against His people"   It was time for another slurp of coffee.  The sweet smell of the solid wood decor and the aroma of coffee was a delight to the senses.  

"It's not going to change until Yeshua returns" said the young man.   "We can see biblical prophecy unfolding before our very eyes."   "True" replied Pam.   "We are on the same wave length".

"Mmmh, that chicken wrap was gorgeous thank you very much, what a treat" said Pam.  "I certainly didn't expect that blessing."  She continued   "as far as I am concerned it doesn't really matter either way.   We can't stop this.   We are christians, real christians not counterfeits.   We have to trust the Lord.   He has my life and yours in His hands.   I have nothing to lose and along with true christian brothers and sisters everything to gain.   

The other night I was reading Pilgrims Progress again.   This time it was Part 2, Christiana's journey with her four children.   I had sneaked a look at the end of her journey just to see if she got safely home.   That was cheating so I went back to the beginning.   The interpreter tells her, (here Pam paused) I'll paraphrase she said smiling.   That she must learn how to suffer and take on board "wrongs" without complaining.   He uses the slaughter of a sheep as an example.  Good advice and precisely why there have been many beheadings in the Middle East.    But that didn't stop that sinking feeling and the need to cry out "How long Lord"

Revelation 6 - 9 - 11
When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held.
And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long O Lord, holy and true until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?
Then a white robe was given to each of them; and it was said to them that they should rest a little while longer, until both the number of their fellow servants and their brethren, who would be killed as they were was completed.

And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them.  Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshipped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands.
And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.

As I was researching music on the internet I came across a very appropriate song  "You are my hiding place" a duet by a young couple in a church in Hickory Grove Baptist Church (North Campus) Charlotte. N.C.  www.youtube.com/watch?v=RzqpkMJxyss that is how modern christian music should be.   It was pure and sincere and nothing like the whacky show biz so called worship.   Honestly you would think you were at a rock pop concert.  Do they realise how Holy God is.   It's more like pagan worship.   If you get a chance pick it up and look at the comments.   The girl is dressed modestly in what could be described as a "frock coat" which is a darn site better than the half naked crutch hugging jean clad barbies I have seen in the past.   

The young man smiled "now that is interesting.   Can you recommend a church in the area, I'm new to these parts so it is difficult?   "Sorry" said Pam "I wish I could.   We are down to small informal groups of like minded christians.    We meet now and again, but you are very welcome to join us any time, here's my number and she scribbled her details on a serviette.      

"Are you the leader" the young man enquired.  "Heaven forbid no" exclaimed Pam "I have never had any agenda where leadership is concerned, we have no other leader but Jesus.  I am merely a watchman and hostess when my turn comes around.    We always place an empty chair in the circle as a mark of respect for our Lord.   We are just the shepherd's sheep.   We have a young builder, a plumber (very handy for the group) a vicar who refused to "do it their way" and paid the price.   Not that he ever regrets his decision but he has had enough of the leadership game.   Sally is a teacher.   Jerry is a G.P.   They have all had issues with the status quo.    Pam giggled "actually we are quite self sufficient when you think about it"   Along with a couple of single parents that's it.   When we go above twelve someone breaks off and starts another group.   That way we remain hidden and out of the attention of undesirables and the religious establishment who are hell bent on twisting scripture and heading in the direction of "all paths lead to God" - the Interfaith brigade.

"What made you leave the bright lights?" asked Pam.  

"Just generally sick of city life and everything connected with the establishment,  fraudsters, the blatant hypocrisy, lies and the "me first" attitude" he replied.

"Well" said Pam "I've only been here twelve years and I am still considered 'not from round here' but no matter.  It amazes me some people never move out of the place where they were born.  I'm a bit of a gypsy myself.   But my next move will be the smoothest - HOME to where I really belong.   You are very welcome to join us when you have the time and inclination.   There is no condemnation if you are busy.

We don't put God on the back burner in our lives for a particular day, we walk with Him,  talk with Him and pray to Him every day.    Friday night is convenient for most of us.   Saturday (Shabbat) we do our own thing but I don't do any housework or shopping, I rest as my God commanded.   We takes turns researching the internet for videos.   Jacob Prasch is a particular favourite with the group along with old sermons of David Wilkerson, David Hunt and Derek Prince who had strong links with Israel.  All with the Lord but they live on thanks to videos freely available on You Tube.  Jacob is still on the planet under the protection of the Lord.  We discuss current affairs and enjoy laughing at the vagaries of human nature.   We all fall short.   We are all sinners, but thankfully we have a merciful forgiving God.  

Pam gazed out of the shop window at the rain still pouring down and hitting the window.   "Time to catch the hourly bus home.  Its lovely to see you again.  It's Tim isn't it?.  Finally she had remembered his name.    "Yes" he replied.   She glanced at the young man she had met over seven years ago.   Still a true child of God.   "Take care Tim, keep in touch.   Either here or in His Kingdom.    There's a C.D. called "Great is Thy Faithfulness by Phil Driscoll on You Tube.   Love the guy.  We all need encouragement for the days ahead.   It certainly lifts my soul.

An elderly man watched the pair as they left the warm coffee shop behind.   He was eavesdropping on their conversation.   They were full of hope their faces lit with a special glow.  "There must be something in this Jesus of theirs" he muttered to himself.   He watched the faces of the passing public.   Stressed, anxious, not a smile in sight.  The queue at the cash machine was lengthy,  yet they stood patiently waiting in the pouring rain.  How long before the money runs out and the queue turns into a riot.       A small voice whispered "they have no HOPE".

Of course King Saul stood in opposition of God's commandments and consulted the witch of Endor 

1 Samuel 15 - 23 - For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, And stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry.  Because you have rejected the word of the Lord, He also has rejected you from being King.

Saul was not a good king and the crown passed to David.  Saul took a sword and fell on it.  So Saul, his three sons, his armorbearer, and all his men died together that day.

Perhaps Saul's judgement might well be a solemn warning to the apostate church in the U.K.   She is  dead, cold, empty and rebellious where God's word is concerned.   They should be screaming "Get right with God, obey His commandments" from the pulpit.   No, its flaccid ear tickling.  

Perhaps you would be forgiven for thinking that Halloween is just a harmless bit of fun, but you might like to research the origins of this festival.   The ancient pagans and celtic society celebrated the festival of Samhain.   Both children and animals placed in wicker cages and burnt to death.   Just one of their rituals tied to the changing temperatures and loss of strength by their sun God. 

Do Christ professing born again christians realise they are glorifying Satan and not God.   Scary stuff.

Of course in certain areas of so called christianity Halloween is called All Hallows Eve or All Saints Eve  when the faithful are called to pray for the Saints and their departed dead.

The bible is the only official prayer manual and it teaches that prayers for the dead are futile.

Ecclesiastics 9 - 5

But the living know that they will die;

But the dead know nothing

And they have no more reward

For the memory of them is forgotten.

Yet we find the practice of praying for the dead observed.   Roman Catholic theology allows prayers to the dead and on behalf of them.  One could be forgiven for thinking we are a nation of pagans.  On sale in the local shops artificial blood, vampire teeth, skeleton hands to say nothing of the cobwebs, witch and skeleton displays in virtually every shop on a busy high street.   

Try and comment and you are told "oh it's just a bit of fun."    Ignorance is never bliss.   Vulnerable children are being seduced.   Death is coming one way or another to the streets of Britain.   Unholy mayhem.   Will parents find that funny and laugh?   Biblical history teaches that when people abandon God He raises up their enemy.    No prizes for guessing who that is.  

Of course if you are not a follower of Christ no doubt anything goes along with the drugs, drink and sexual orgies very much in line with the pagan rituals in the old testament.   You might say "well at least we don't sacrifice children to Molech".   Oh yes you do.   Now more than ever via abortion.   The children that disappear have no caring parent or guardian, they won't be missed.  Little ones with learning difficulties groomed until they trust often raped, some starved and killed by their own parents.     Babies sacrificed at covens, yes satanic sacrifices exist.  Twenty years ago a young pregnant woman just disappeared off the radar, pregnant she was running from parental wrath.  She was sheltered by a local coven and gave birth.   That is all the satanists need for their gruesome ceremonies.  No one missed the victim or her baby.

On a lighter note I can well remember one Halloween at our local church.   We were well into the worship service when an unholy cackling noise started outside the church.   The elders went to investigate and found the church had been egged.   That's a good sign obviously we were on the right track at that time.   

You don't believe in Satan.   In Detroit U.S.A. they have erected a statue to Satan.  Now that is really scary.   Hundreds attended the unveiling ceremony with shouts of "Hail Satan" statues of a boy and girl in poses of adoration at his feet.   Get real.   Know your enemy.

Why would someone want to torment little kids with horror stories, and how will they react when the real thing hits this country.   Women in the Middle East are well used to the sight of human garbage in the streets.  They know how to weep.    Your children are precious gifts of God, guard them well.

We are known to be a nation of animal lovers, how does this fit with the ancient rituals of the 31st October. 

Once life is over there are no more choices to be made.   

We have no choice but to face judgement.

Prayer will not change the outcome.

Molly was deaf, but she had her uses, a go-for, child minder and cleaner, the call would go out Molly will go, Molly will carry.   Mothering her uncaring siblings, sickly, tired and anxious, she was often crushed under a burden of ridicule and wrath, her childhood lost.   Hungry for parental approval she would "go" to please,  hoping for some scrap of affection.

Then she heard His voice, felt His love.   He picks the least to invite to His feast.   "They rejected you" the gentle voice spoke "they rejected my son, nailed Him to a cross.

Know you are loved and most precious to Me,

There's nothing in your world My eye doesn't see.

I saw your despair and the tears that you cried,

they rejected you and your love for them died.

Try telling a young girl that her Father in heaven loves her when all she knows is physical and mental abuse.   Go for my fags, fetch my paper.  Violence the reward for considered insolence as eyes closed she turned away trying to dodge the oncoming blow.   Try telling that thin little scrap of a girl, least of the litter, that her Father in heaven loves her when in reality it would take a life time for her to pity and forgive her aging parents.   But she did because she knew her real Father in heaven and held on to His promise.

When you reach out to others you find captives livid and angry with a God who didn't answer their prayers on time.   Sometimes they lost a loving parent, or sibling and expected a miracle and did not understand that the miracle is to be freed from this world, this hell on earth for so many innocents.  Utterly traumatised by terrible atrocities their haunted eyes stare into the void, understanding little but the pain of loss and abandonment. 

Governments talk, talk and talk and go home to their resplendent homes at the end of a day.   The trail of human misery continues, frightened children clinging to their parents, witnessing the wrath of those who don't want them in their country, in their tidy lives.    Government leaders unleashed the dogs of war, now one would question how do they sleep haunted by those eyes.

Let the little children come to Me,

and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.

Whoever receives one little child like this in My name receives Me.


Isaiah 65 - 17
For behold I create a new heaven and a new earth;

God is obviously going to deal with us all and use His giant eraser.   Little children will play safely in the streets of the new earth.   All evil, sickness and pain gone.  His people wait.

STOP AT THE RED LIGHT

LUKE 21 (28)

Jesus said:

Now when these things begin to happen,

look up and lift up your heads,

because your redemption draws near.

The little high street was buzzing with Saturday night traffic eagerly making its way towards the pleasure domes, night clubs, pubs and dance halls.   Jim stood outside the local betting shop which was reasonably busy with punters, even at that late hour.    He was sandwiched between two boards carrying the wording "STOP AT THE RED LIGHT and REPENT" followed by the bible text John 14 - 21.

The local police were thin on the ground dealing with drug crime and domestic violence.   No one was concerned about the rather unkempt individual, and no one dared to meet his gaze.   Some hurled expletives, others grinned and spat at his feet.   Two young women smiled and said "Hi Jim" muttering as they passed by "poor bloke, he's finally lost the plot" and they giggled as they passed the local nail bar.

Where the rogue driver came from was difficult to ascertain.  Lately there had been a spate of cars deliberately targeting pedestrians.  Some trailing a remant of black cloth from the rear of the vehicle.

They didn't obey traffic law it was an unholy game of "chicken" and the carnage was increasing.

The driver of the speeding car enjoyed, positively revelled in the disgusted stares of senior citizens out for a short stroll before the long night ahead.   He was unaccountable to anyone, least of all Jim's so called God.   He raced through the stop sign on the road works.   Jim was walking past the warning traffic cones making his way to the local night shelter for a bowl of soup and a piece of bread.

Jim made it home that night.   His broken body lay smashed between the sandwich boards as he was unceremoniously loaded into the attendant ambulance.   He was a nobody and according to the local broadsheet considered mentally unstable.    His watchers were there ready to take his hand and lead him to the feet of his King.   Yeshua HaMashiach.   No doubt he heard the words "well done good and faithful servant"

The driver was never found.   A burnt out wreck was later discovered in a ditch near the local dual carriage way.  

STOP AT THE RED LIGHT

TIME TO REPENT before its too late.

It won't matter how much money you have accumulated - all gone.

It won't matter how beautiful your home and possessions - now just dust.

Your celebrity status - NOTHING - before a Holy God.   You will join the heap of human ash in the terrible Day of the Lord.

The corrupt apostate shepherds will receive their just reward for leading His sheep astray.

Evil dictators and governments will fall before the King of Kings.

As a young child I owned a small eraser and to my great relief with this tiny miracle I could rub out my error.   A wrong sentence or word and I could start again.  It removed my mistakes.

The apostate church in the U.K. needs to get down on its knees and pray forgiveness while it is still light.   Your enemy is within.  God will not be mocked and you will have to account for misleading the sheep.

Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus the Messiah) is the Saviour of this world.   ONLY HE can rub out - cancel your mistakes - however heinous - remove your filthy clothes and robe you in white.

There is only one FATHER - your FATHER in heaven.  HE can be reached in your quiet space, HIS mercy and forgiveness abounds.

STOP AND TURN the warning light shines in the darkness.

REPENT - for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.

Every day I thank my God for true brothers and sisters in Christ and share their blessings.  All we can do  pray for those struggling without hope as the slaughter and mayhem increases.  His children are filled with His peace and hope for His kingdom is surely coming.

With one voice His children cry
