EZEKIEL 13 - 3
Thus says the Lord God
"Woe to the foolish prophets, who follow their own spirit and have seen nothing.
They stood unobserved watching the frenetic circus of the drunk and disorderly. The night sky exploded with a gross display of wanton extravagance illuminating the body of a man lying amongst the garbage (Luke 16 - 20 - 31) and as the crowd screamed their welcome at the New Year an angel considered, they truly do not understand, His Wrath will fall upon this land.
Their focus switched to a nearby street and an elderly woman sitting in a dimly lit room beside a fading fire quietly reflecting on years gone by. The bible on her lap open at Psalm 84.10. "Ah yes" she murmured "I would rather be a doorkeeper in your house O Lord, so much has changed. Morals and values held by the church long gone. Do the denominations even read the Word of God any more, what was it the Lord said (Matthew 5 - 17-20) .......whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so...... (Ezekiel 34 - 10) Thus says the Lord God "behold I am against the shepherds and I will require My flock at their hand.................................................................
An angel murmured and the instruction found her spirit and she knew it was time to fix her focus on Yeshua and the words He spoke. The Father's wrath would surely fall on those who lead His flock astray. That this was truly (Matthew 24 - 8) the "beginning of sorrows" and that those who remained in the dying church mock the very word of God.
"Fear not" whispered the angel "It is written - Revelation 19-15 - "And He himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God" The angel continued "For our God is Mighty and it is written (Ex.20.3) You shall no no other Gods before Me"
Suddenly the words that had flooded her mind stopped. She sighed and closed the book. The noise of the New Year revellers receded and as she drifted into peaceful sleep considered perhaps they might well regret their over indulgence in the dawn of His coming.
The world was getting darker, even so, tiny lights glistened around the globe, true followers of Yeshua HaMashiach wait patiently for His return.
Revelation 22 - 13-14
I am the Alpha and the Omega,
the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.
Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right
to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city.
Even so, Even so, Even so
Yeshua come.
